THE HONEYWELL SPECIALTY WAX & ADDITIVES LIMITED EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT BENEFIT SCHEME

(formerly known as The Astor Limited Employee Retirement Benefit Scheme) (the Scheme) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any former employees of Honeywell Specialty Wax & Additives Limited (formerly known as Astor Limited), who think that they are or were members of the Scheme and who have not been sent announcements by the Trustees of the Scheme, or any other person who has a claim against the Scheme, are required to write to the Trustees at the address below with full details of their name, address, date of birth and period which they were employed by the Company, together with any supporting documents before 30 September 2001. After 30 September 2001, the Trustees will complete the distribution of the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons entitled, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have notice and will not be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had notice.
