THE PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME OF LETCHWORTH PRINTING COMPANY LIMITED (THE “LETCHWORTH PRINTING SCHEME”)

Pursuant to the Trustees Act 1925, notice is given that all Creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Letchworth Printing Scheme, including any former part-time employee who claims to have been unlawfully excluded from Membership of the Letchworth Printing Scheme, are required to send particulars in writing to The Trustees of the Letchworth Printing Scheme, c/o Aon Trust Corporation, 15 Minories, London EC3N 1NJ, on or before 30 September 2001, after which date the Trustees of the Letchworth Printing Scheme will proceed to distribute the assets of the Letchworth Printing Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Letchworth Printing Scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons whose claims or demands they then have not had notice. If you have had recent contact with the Trustees of the Letchworth Printing Scheme you need not respond to this notice.
