Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
STERN AND WOODFORD RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Stern and Woodford Retirement Benefits Scheme (“the Scheme”) is to be wound up. The Scheme was operated by Stern and Woodford, of 32 Worple Road Mews, London SW19 4DJ. The Trustees of the Scheme wish to trace former employees (whether full-time or part-time) of Stern and Woodford and their dependants who are, or think they may be, entitled to benefits under the Scheme. Any such person is asked to send his or her name, address and details in writing to the Trustees of the Stern and Woodford Retirement Benefits Scheme at Skinner Associates, 14 Sunnywood Drive, Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH16 4PF, marked for the attention of M Skinner, before 31 October 2001. After this date, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme, having regard only to the claims and entitlements of which they have notice before 31 October 2001. The Trustees shall not be liable to any person whose claim or demand has not been received by them. Notification is not required from anyone who is currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or who has recently received correctly addressed correspondence relating to the Scheme from the Trustees.
