This notice concerns you if you are an employee or former employee of: Skandia Insurance Company Limited (PUBL)Skandia Insurance (UK Contact Office) LimitedSkandia Asset Management (London) Limited (formerly Skandia Investment Management Limited)Marlon Insurance Company (UK) Limited (formerly Skandia Marine Insurance Company (UK) LimitedSkandia International Insurance Corporation (PUBL)Skandia U.K. Insurance plc (formerly Skandia UK Insurance Company Limited)PAN Financial Insurance Company Limited or widow/widower, child or other, dependent of such employee or former employee. The Trustees of the Skandia Pension and Life Assurance Scheme (“the Scheme”) need to establish exactly who are the beneficiaries of the Scheme, and their entitlements to benefits. The Trustees have already written to all of the Members and beneficiaries of the Scheme for whom they have records. If you have not already received a letter from the Trustees and you have, or think you may have, a right to benefit under the Scheme, you should write to Richard Woodman, William M Mercer Limited, 38-40 Trinity Square, London EC3N 4DJ, within 2 months from date of issue of this notice.
