THE A419 TRUNK ROAD (CALCUTT ACCESS ROADS) COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER (PS NO  ) 200 

Notice is hereby given that Public Local Inquiries will be held into the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions’ proposal for the Orders listed above. The inquiries will be held by a person to be appointed on the nomination of the Lord Chancellor by the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions for the purpose of Inquiries into the Orders. The Secretary of State will publish a further notice which will be in accordance with Rule 10 of the Highways (Inquiries Procedure) Rules 1994 and the Compulsory Purchase by Ministers (Inquiries Procedure) Rules 1994. The notice will also include details of the Orders which are the subject of the public inquiries and explain the procedures to be followed for anyone who wishes to appear and to give evidence or submit alternative proposals.
