I hereby give notice that by a Deed Poll dated 24 May 2001 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 27 July 2001, I, Aileen Mary King, of 146 Victoria Road, Edmonton, London N9 9SS, the mother of NATASHA ELIZABETH KING, formerly known as Natasha Elizabeth Burns, an unmarried child and a British citizen, under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, on behalf of my said child renounced relinquished and abandoned the said child’s former name Natasha Elizabeth Burns and assumed on her behalf the name Natasha Elizabeth King.
