Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 21 May 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 9 July 2001, Lincey Pamela John, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of TYRONE OWEN JOHN, of 30 South Park Terrace, Ilford IG1 1YA, a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Tyrone Owen Pierre and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of John.
