Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 3 May 2001 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 4 July 2001, I, Anders Matthew Christian, of 92 Hazelwick Road, Three Bridges, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 1NH and I, Andrea Louise Christian, also of 92 Hazelwick Road, Three Bridges, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 1NH, husband and wife, are British citizens under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 11, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned our surnames being Cummings and Evans respectively and have both assumed and adopted and intend on all occasions to use and subscribe to the surname of Christian instead of our respective former surnames of Evans and Cummings so as to be at all times called known and described exclusively by the names of ANDERS MATTHEW CHRISTIAN and ANDREA LOUISE CHRISTIAN respectively.
