The Trustees of the above Scheme (David Milton and Dr Michael Shepherd, the latter appointed by the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority) give notice, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Scheme is being wound up. Beneficiaries, Creditors, and anyone else claiming a benefit under the Scheme, should make their claims in writing to the address given below, not later than 3 months from 30 August 2001. The Trustees will have no liability to any person claiming an entitlement after that date which was not evident from the Scheme records. If you are a former employee, part-time or otherwise, of “The JPM Company Limited” (Company No SC 95589), dissolved 10 January 1996, formerly Victor Industries Limited, and you believe that you should have been admitted to Membership of the Scheme, or if you are a dependant of such person, you should notify the Trustees of any claim, with details of hours worked, pay slips, and the date that the employment ceased.
