Notice of Intended Dividends

I intend to declare a Second Dividend to the unsecured Creditors in the Liquidation of the Company. The Creditors of the Company may lodge proofs of their debt with me at Ernst & Young, Norham House, 12 New Bridge Street West, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8AD, up to 2 November 2001 (“the last date for proving”) quoting the name of the Company and the Ref NE0044/G/BM/MM. If you do not prove your debt by the last date for proving you may be excluded from the Dividend which I intend to declare within a period of 4 months from that date.
