CB HILLIER PARKER MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFITS SCHEME

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person claiming a beneficial interest in the CB Hillier Parker Management Services Limited Retirement and Death Benefits Scheme (“the Scheme”), is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest or beneficial interest including full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance No, dates of entry into membership of the Scheme to Mrs D Walters, on behalf of the Trustees of the Scheme, c/o CB Hillier Parker Management Services Limited, 77 Grovesnor Street, London W1A 2BT, before 14 December 2001, after which date the Trustess will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
