ASCOT SENIOR EXECUTIVE PENSION FUND

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Ascot Group Pension Fund and the Ascot Senior Executive Fund are being wound up. The Trustees of the Funds are most anxious to trace all former employees of Ascot Plc and their beneficiaries who are, or think they may be, entitled to benefits under the Fund. Any person who has, or may have, any claim, entitlement or interest in the Fund is required to provide written particulars of any such claim, entitlement or interest to The Trustees at the following address: Dow Chemical Company Limited, 2 Heathrow Boulevard, 284 Bath Road, West Drayton, Middlesex UB7 0DQ, prior to 17 December 2001. After this date, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Fund, having regard only to claims, entitlements and interests of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claims have not been notified to them in writing prior to 17 December 2001.
