BELL LINES LIMITED RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFIT SCHEME
CONCERNING FORMER EMPLOYEES OF BELL LINES LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION) AND ITS SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or entitlement to an occupational pension or any benefit or contingent or potential benefit from, or interest in, the above-named United Kingdom scheme which commenced to be wound up from 4 July 1997 by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s employment with the above-named Company or otherwise is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or entitlement to Oakleys, 2 Oakfield Street, London SW10 9JB, the Solicitors retained by the Trustees of the United Kingdom occupational pension scheme. Further to send such particulars not later than 2 months after the appearance of this Notice after which date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the fund and scheme in accordance with their powers but having regard only to the claims and entitlements of which the Trustees have had notice and they will not, as regards the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or entitlement they shall not then have had notice.
