The Trustees of the above mentioned pension arrangements hereby announce that they intend to wind it up and determine the Trust governing the arrangements. The Trustees, appointed advisor is Smith & Williamson Pension Consultancy (S&WPC) Limited and beneficiaries of the pension arrangements should have received a letter from S&WPC Ltd dated 11 July 2001 or 8 August 2001.
