Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 30 August 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 30 August 2001, I, SHERRY RICHARDSON, of 1 Bishops Court, Blandford Close, Romford, Essex RM7 8BW, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Sherry Bland and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Sherry Richardson.
