Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 24 August 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 28 August 2001, I, DAMISI JOHNSON, of 13 Daew Avenue, Mill Hill East, London NW7 1HB, single and a Commonwealth citizen, by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Dami Morakinyo and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Damisi Johnson (acting in person).
