Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 12 June 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 28 September 2001, I, Sedat Selvi, of 236 Princess Park Manor, Royal Drive, Friern Barnet, London N11 3FS, on behalf of STEPHEN SELVI, a single minor and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Selim Selvi and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Stephen Selvi.
