NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS TO MAKE THEIR CLAIM AGAINST THE TRUSTEES OF THE UNO PLC GROUP PENSION SCHEME.

Notice is hereby given that any person interested in or having a claim against the Uno plc Group Pension Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her interest or claim to the trustees of the Uno plc Group Pension Scheme care of Mrs W Donnelly, Andersen, Bank House, 9 Charlotte Street, Manchester M1 4EU not later than 31 January 2002, after which date the trustees intend to distribute the fund among the persons of whom they have had notice to the extent that they are entitled under the scheme rules and will not, as regards the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
