THE CRAY ELECTRONICS GROUP PENSION SCHEME
NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 and any other relevant power, notice is given that any Member, other beneficiary, Creditor or anyone else having any claim against, or claiming to be beneficially interested in, the assets of the Cray Electronics Group Retirement and Death Benefit Plan or the Cray Electronics Group Pension Scheme is required to send to the Trustees of the Plan or Scheme at The Trustees of the Cray Electronics Retirement and Death Benefit Plan and the Cray Electronics Group Pension Scheme, at the address given below, on or before 31 December 2001 written particulars of the claim, after which date the Trustees will proceed to secure the benefits of anyone claiming under the Plan or the Scheme having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice, and in respect of the assets of the Plan or the Scheme so used will not be liable to anyone of whose claim they then have had no notice. This notice is also directed to any former employee of Cray Electronics or any associated Company and who may have a claim against the assets of the Plan or the Scheme by virtue of having been unlawfully excluded from membership of it. If the Trustees of the Plan’s or Scheme’s administrators are already in contact with you (for example if you have received correspondence from them within the last twelve months or are receiving a pension from the Plan or the Scheme), please do not reply to this notice since your interest has already been noted.
