THE CHARTER REINSURANCE RETIREMENT PLAN
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27, TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Trustees of the Charter Reinsurance Retirement Plan (“Scheme”) hereby give notice that the Scheme is being wound up. Any person who believes that they have an entitlement to benefits from the Scheme and who has not received a letter from the Trustees of the Scheme dated 4 October 2001 should write to Fountain Trustee Limited, Princes Exchange, Princes Square, Leeds LS1 4BY, Ref VMS/MJB, giving details of their claim to benefits under the Scheme. Any claim must be registered by 31 January 2002. No person making a claim after 31 January 2002 who is not presently known by the Trustees to be a beneficiary of the Scheme shall be entitled to benefit from the Scheme.
