Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
THE NEW TOWNS PENSION FUND
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given that all Creditors, Members, Beneficiaries and others having any claim against, or claiming to be beneficially interested in, or entitled to Membership of the New Towns Pension Fund (which was established by a Deed dated 2 April 1948, and is now governed by a Trust Deed and Rules dated 28 February 1984, as amended) or the fund constituted under it are required to send particulars in writing to the Trustees of the New Towns Pension Fund, c/o Barbara Stewart, Scottish Widows plc, Pensions Department, PO Box 918, 15 Dalkeith Road, Edinburgh EH16 5XA, on or before 31 January 2002, after which date the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the New Towns Pension Fund amongst the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims or demands of which they have had notice. Members who have received letters from the Trustees dated 27 July 2001 and 12 October 2001 need not respond.
