A Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, in relation to his dealings. The Meeting shall also determine whether the Liquidator be granted his release under section 174(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at Castle & Co., Priory Chambers, Priory Street, Dudley, West Midlands DY1 1HD, on Monday 10 December 2001, at 10.30 am. T C Lammas, Liquidator 7 November 2001.
