Notice is hereby given that the Joint Supervisors of the above-named Company intend to make a Fourth Interim Distribution to Creditors within 4 months from 10 December 2001. Creditors who have not yet proved are required to submit full details of their claims and their names and addresses to the Joint Supervisors at KPMG, PO Box 695, 8 Salisbury Square, London EC4Y 8BB, on or before 10 December 2001, which is the last date for proving claims.
