Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 93 and 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Annual General and Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at KPMG Corporate Recovery, PO Box 695, 8 Salisbury Square, London EC4Y 8BB, on Friday 21 December 2001, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purpose of having accounts laid before them, and to receive the Liquidators report, showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
