FLEXELLO PENSION SCHEME

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who beleives he or she has a claim or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in, the above-named fund which commenced wind up on 30 June 2001, by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or other person’s full or part-time employment with NSG UK Limited (formerly known as Flexello Limited) and has not already received a letter from the Scheme’s Trustees, is hereby required to send particulars in writing within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement of his or her claim or entitlement (together with the full name, present address and date of birth) to:

after which date, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled therefore having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
