THE MELTOG LTD RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME
(formerly known as the Frederick Greenwood & Sons (Holdings) Ltd Retirement Benefits
Scheme)
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given that any persons having a claim or interest in the Meltog Ltd
Retirement Benefits Scheme (formerly known as the Frederick Greenwood & Sons (Holdings)
Ltd Retirement Benefits Scheme) (the “Scheme”) are required to send particulars in
writing of such a claim or interest to the Trustees of the Scheme, c/o Dawn Rogers,
Meltog Ltd, Gelderd Road, Birstall WF17 9LW, on or before 31 January 2002, after which
date the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons
entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
The Trustees shall not be liable to any person or persons of whose claims or demands
they have not had notice in respect of the assets of the Scheme or any part of them
so distributed. Notification is not required from any persons who are currently in
receipt of a pension from the Scheme, or any persons who have received correspondence
relating to the Scheme from the Trustees.
