The Trustees of the Seaforth Maritime Limited (Officers) Retirement Benefits Scheme (the “Scheme”) are finalising the winding-up of the Scheme and as a consequence will be making a final distribution of the Scheme’s assets. They wish to trace any uncontacted persons who were employed by Seaforth Maritime Limited. The Trustees have recently sent out letters regarding the winding-up of the Scheme.
