Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
THE PRICE AND EDWARDS RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME
Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, to all persons who may have a claim against the The Price and Edwards Retirement Benefits Scheme. It is our intention to wind up the above Scheme and to distribute the assets of the Scheme in accordance with the Scheme Rules and provisions of the Pensions Act 1925. If you already receive a pension from the Scheme, or if the Trustees have written to you regarding your benefits you do not need to respond to this advertisement as we already hold details of your benefits. If you believe you have a valid claim against the funds of this Scheme, please write to me with full particulars of your claim by 31 January 2002. Once this deadline has been reached we will proceed with the winding-up of the Scheme, taking account only of such claims that we have received by that date. I B Walker, Trustee c/o Ragbourne Consulting, 40 Ennismore Gardens, London SW7 1AQ
