Notice is given that the Incumbent and Churchwardens of the above Parish have submitted a Petition for a Faculty under the above Measure to authorise the demolition of part of the Parish Church of St Mary Eastham for the purposes of providing toilet facilities and a tea making area to the Church building. Copies of the relevant plans and other details of the proposed work may be examined at The Diocesan Registry, Friars, White Friars, Chester CH1 1XS. If any person having a lawful interest in the proposed works wishes to object to them he or she should notify the Diocesan Registrar at Friars, White Friars, Chester CH1 1XS no later than 3 January 2002.
