THE BANQUE FRANCAISE DE L’ORIENT STAFF PENSION AND DEPENDANTS BENEFIT PLAN (“THE SCHEME”)
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27, TRUSTEE ACT 1925 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that any Member, Creditor or other person having a claim against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the above-named Scheme, which is in the process of being wound up by the Trustees of the Scheme, Lawrence Graham Trust Corporation, is required to send written particulars of their claim or interest, by Registered Post, to The Trustees of the Banque Francaise De L’Orient, Staff Pension and Dependants Benefit Plan, c/o A McGill Esq, Lawrence Graham, 190 Strand, London WC2R 1JN, by 16 February 2002. After this date the Trustees of the Scheme will distribute the remaining Scheme assets, in accordance with the provisions of the Scheme, among those entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice. Notification has been sent by post to all known Members of the Scheme. This notice concerns only those Members, Creditors or others who have not received correspondence or notification of the winding-up from the Trustees of the Scheme. Those who have received correspondence or notification need not re-apply. 3 December 2001.
