MASON PITTENDRIGH HOLDINGS LIMITED RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFITS SCHEME
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Mason Pittendrigh Holdings Limited Retirement and Death Benefits Scheme (this also include pension service with Hall Engineering Ltd and The British Reinforced Concrete Engineering Co Ltd) was established with effect from 1 January 1974. Capital Cranfield Trustees Limited, a Professional Trustee Company, is the Independent Trustee, and is proceeding with the winding-up of the Scheme. Announcements regarding the above have been sent by post to all known Members of the Scheme. Accordingly, it is of vital importance that any person having a claim against, or an interest in the Scheme, including any person who may have been employed by the Company, or an associated employer on a part time basis and who considers that their exclusion from the Scheme may have constituted indirect discrimination, who has not received a copy of the Announcement should make themselves known to the Trustees of the Scheme. Particulars of any claim should be sent in writng to Mr C D Goddard, Capital Cranfield Trustees Limited, Milton Chambers, 19 Milton Street, Nottingham NG1 3EU, on or before 31 January 2002, after which date Capital Cranfield Trustees Limited, will proceed with the winding-up of the Scheme and distribution of the Scheme assets having regard only to the claim and interests of which it has had notice.
