MONITOR GROUP 1988 RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFITS SCHEME
Notice is hereby given to all parties who are or were Members of the Monitor Group 1988 Retirement and Death Benefits Scheme (“the Scheme”) that it is to be wound up. It is believed that all Members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and the Trustees announce their intention to distribute the remaining assets of the Scheme. If you were a Member of the Scheme and believe you may be entitled to benefits from it, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address and particulars of your Membership of the Scheme to the Trustee, Burges Salmon Pension Trustees Limited (Ref SJ03), Narrow Quay House, Narrow Quay, Bristol BS1 4AH, so as to reach that address on or before 5 February 2002. Claims received after that date will be excluded from benefits under the Scheme. If you received the Trustee’s letter dated 29 August 2001, there is no need to notify a claim. 4 December 2001.
