Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 3 October 2001 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 27 November 2001, I, Alexandra Eugenie EMBIRICOS, of The Old Twelve Stables, Moulton Paddocks, Newmarket, Suffolk CB8 8QJ, divorced and a British citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 1(1)(a), formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Johnson and assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Embiricos instead of the surname of Johnson so as to be at all times called known and described by the name of Alexandra Eugenie Embiricos exclusively.
