SIR HENRY STRAKOSCH MEMORIAL FUND

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, section 27, notice is hereby given that all Creditors and others having any claims against the Trustees (the “Trustees”) of the Sir Henry Strakosch Memorial Fund (the “Trust”) or claiming to be benefically interested in the Trust assets are required, due to the proposed winding-up and termination of the above Trust, to send particulars in writing to the Secretary of the above Trust, Miss S A Butcher, whose address is Sir Henry Strakosch Memorial Trust, 1-3 Strand, London WC2N 5HA, on or before 16 February 2002, after which date the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets held by them under the Trust, among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Trust or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice. 7 December 2001.
