EDGBASTON GROUP PENSION SCHEME

The Trustees of the Edgbaston Group Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”) hereby give notice that the Scheme commenced winding-up on 19 October 2001. The Trustees intend to distribute the assets of the Scheme among all persons entitled to benefits from the Scheme as at the date it commenced winding-up.
