Diocese of Birmingham St Martin in the Bull Ring

CARE OF CHURCHES AND ECCLESIASTICAL JURISDICTION MEASURE 1991 NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 17(4)(A)(II)

Notice is hereby given that the Rector and Churchwardens of St Martin in the Bull Ring have applied for a faculty for the refurbishment and partial rebuilding of the existing church hall attached to the above church. The new St Martin’s Centre will accommodate a Health and Healing Project, an Arts Café and a Community Training Project, and represents a proactive response to the newly rebuilt Bull Ring opening autumn 2003. Copies of the plans and specification for the works may be inspected at St Martin’s by arrangement with the Rector, Reverend Canon Adrian Newman, telephone 0121 608 5969.
Any person having a lawful interest in the proposed works or purposes who wishes to object should deliver a written notice of objection to the Birmingham Diocesan Registry, St Philip’s House, St Philip’s Place, Birmingham B3 2PP, no later than 28 days after the date hereof.
