The Trustees of the Thomas Locker (Holdings) plc Retirement & Death Benefits Plan (“Plan”) hereby give notice that the Plan is being wound-up. Any person (including any former part-time employee or his or her dependants) not currently in receipt of a pension from the Plan who believes that they have an entitlement to benefits from the Plan or against the Trustees of the Plan should write to: The Trustees of the Thomas Locker (Holdings) plc Retirement & Death Benefits Plan, c/o Mr J Dalzell, Locker Group Plc, Church Street, Warrington WA1 2SU, giving details of their claim to benefits under the Plan or against the Trustees of the Plan. Any claim must be registered by 15 March 2002. No person making a claim after 15 March 2002 who is not presently known by the Trustees to be a beneficiary of the Plan shall be entitled to benefit from the Plan.
