FRIENDS OF THE HEBREW UNIVERSITY OF JERUSALEM RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME (“THE SCHEME”)

This notice is given by the Trustees of the Scheme pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925. The Trustees are winding-up the Scheme in which The Friends of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem whose registered address is 126 Albert Street, London NW1 7NE (formerly of 3 St Johns Wood Road, London NW8 8RB). Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Plan is requested to send particulars in writing of that claim or interest on or before 18 March 2002 to Mr A S D Erasmus, Friends of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, 126 Albert Street, London NW1 7NE. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth and, if applicable, details of when they worked for the Friends of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. After 30 March 2002, the Trustees will wind up the Scheme, having regard only to the claims and interests of which the Trustees shall then have had notice and the Trustees will not be liable, as regards the assets of the trust or any part thereof so distributed, to any person of whose claim or interest they may not then have had notice. Any person who has already been contracted by the Trustees and received a response need not re-apply to the Trustees.
