I give notice that it is intended to declare a first and final distribution on the
agreed claims of non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company within 4 months
of 14 January 2002. If they have not already done so Creditors of the above-named
Company are required, on or before 14 February 2002, to send in their names and addresses
with particulars of their debts or claims to me or they will be excluded from this
distribution.
