Notice to Creditors, Beneficiaries and other interested persons to make their claims against the Trustees of the Leyland Printing Company Limited and Associate Companies Pension and Life Assurance Scheme previously called the Leyland Printing Company Limited and Associate Companies Pension Fund. Notice is hereby given that any person interested in or having a claim against the Leyland Printing Company Limited and Associate Companies Pension and Life Assurance Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her interest or claim to the Trustees of the Leyland Printing Company Limited and Associate Companies Pension and Life Assurance Scheme at Leyland Printing Company Ltd, Leyland Lane, Leyland, Preston PR25 1UT, and to send such particulars not later than 31st March 2002 after which date the Trustees intend to distribute the fund among the persons of whom they have notice and will not, as regards the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
