Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given that it is our intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to unsecured and non preferential Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 25 June 2002. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 25 February 2002, to send their proof of debt to John Reid, of Deloitte & Touche, Blenheim House, Fitzalan Court, Newport Road, Cardiff CF24 0TS, the Joint Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidator to be necessary.
