CARIER (BRAINTREE) LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME

NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The above named Scheme commenced winding-up on 30 July 1996. Any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to, a pension or any benefit from, or interest in, the above Scheme by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part-time employment with Migre Limited, Carier (Braintree) Limited, Carier Bulk Materials Handling Limited or Carier Pollution Control Limited, and that such claim, entitlement or benefit might not have been taken into account, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to: William M. Mercer Limited, 5 Bedford Park, Croydon CR9 2ZT marked “For the attention of Sharon Hudson, Ref BP7/WUPS/CB” (acting for the Trustee of the Scheme) by 1st April 2002. After this date the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme) among the persons entitled, having regard only to those claims and entitlements of which it has had written notice before this date, and will not be liable to any other person.
