Notice is hereby given that a First and Final Dividend is intended to be declared in the above matter within 4 months of the last date for proving. Any Creditor of the above-named, the last registered office of which was at 1 Kingswood Court, Westend Lane, London N6 4SU, who has not lodged a proof of debt by 8 March 2002, will be excluded from this Dividend.
