I give notice that it is intended to declare a first and final distribution on the agreed claims of non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company within 4 months of 1 February 2002. If they have not already done so Creditors of the above-named Company are required, on or before 1 March 2002, to send in their names and addresses with particulars of their debts or claims to me or they will be excluded from this distribution.
