NUMBER 2 DECLARATION OF GOWER COAST NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE
COMMUNITY OF RHOSSILI, CITY AND COUNTY OF SWANSEA
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 19 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and section 35(1)(a) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, that, by the Gower Coast National Nature Reserve No 2 Declaration 2002 made on 6 February 2002, the Countryside Council for Wales declared that the land containing 48.88 hectares (120.78 acres) or thereabouts situate in the Community of Rhossili in the City and County of Swansea and shown edged red on the plan attached to the said Declaration is the subject of an Agreement entered into with the Council under the provisions of section 16 of the above-mentioned Act and that the land is being managed as a National Nature Reserve. A certified copy of the said Declaration with plan attached has been deposited for public inspection, for one month, free of charge, at the Guildhall, City and County of Swansea from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours. Certified copies may also be inspected at the offices of the Countryside Council for Wales, at Plas Penrhos, Ffordd Penrhos, Bangor, Gwynedd LL57 2LQ and at 7 Castleton Court, Fortran Road, St Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, from Monday to Friday inclusive during the normal office hours.
