Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 27 September 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 31 December 2001, Domindor Leonin and Eusebia Leonin, of South Lodge, Shalbourne, Wiltshire SN8 3QD, as persons having parental responsibility, on behalf of DEBORAH LEONIN, a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the first name of Debbie and assumed in lieu thereof the first name of Deborah.
