Secretary of Commissions Office, Saughton House, Edinburgh EH11 3XD The Queen having been pleased to approve that Major David Reeks DL, be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Lanarkshire, to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in his favour bearing date 28 January 2002, has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant. 6 February 2002.
