Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 26 November 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 24 January 2002, I, SHAFF MUGHAL, of 37 Walton Road, Harrow, Middlesex HA1 4XE, married and a British citizen, by virtue of section 3 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Abdul Shaffaq Mughal and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Shaff Mughal.
