WKM (GREAT BRITAIN) PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27, TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The Trustees of the WKM (Great Britain) Pension and Life Assurance Scheme (“Scheme”) hereby give notice that the Scheme is being wound up. Any person who believes that they have an entitlement to benefits from the Scheme should write to DLA, India Buildings, Water Street, Liverpool L2 0NH, Ref BM/RR, giving details of their claims to benefits under the Scheme. Any claim must be registered by 22 April 2002. No person making a claim after 22 April 2002 who is not presently known by the Trustees to be a beneficiary of the Scheme shall be entitled to benefit from the Scheme.
