(formerly Hawbury Engineering) Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BDO Stoy Hayward, Nile House, Nile Street, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1JB, on 22 March 2002, at 11.00 am, to be followed at 11.30 am by a General Meeting of the Creditors for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. A White, Liquidator 14 February 2002.
